Pioneer Ddj Sz Windows 10 Scratch Live Hardware Not Recognized

- Please refer to the Hardware diagram for Serato DJ Pro. When you first launch Serato DJ Pro, a BUY/ACTIVATE icon may be displayed in the My Serato panel. Those who use DDJ-SZ2 do not have to activate the unit or buy the license. If you connect DDJ-SZ2 to Serato DJ Pro, you can use the software without buying the license or activating the unit.
- Okay, so my issue is that Serato DJ says 'Pioneer DDJ-SB2 is connecting, may take up to a minute' but then nothing happens. Serato DJ continues to display one deck and I can't use any of the SB2 features with Serato. The computer recognizes the controller and it lights up but pressing any button does nothing. I'm running Windows 10.

Jun 26, 2013 Computer won't recognize the ddj-sx. I recently purchased the pioneer ddj-sx and installed the software onto my pc. It was successfully loaded. When I plug in the ddj-sx via the usb cable the software flashes 4 decks, then it won't. It is as if it breifly recognizes the controller for a brief second but it won't stay on. A detection window will appear right after, asking to use or not the pre-defined audio setup with the built-in sound card of the DDJ-WeGO Click on the 'Use Soundcard' if your speakers are connected to the Master Output of the DDJ-WeGO. You can still make changes in the Audio setup from VirtualDJ Settings-AUDIO tab.
Hi everyone I was recently given a pioneer ddj-sb2 controller for my 14th birthday. I have really enjoyed playing with it on our desktop Mac but when I try to connect it to my laptop (surface pro with the latest version of Windows installed and serato DJ intro) serato says hardware disconnected. I have looked through the audio settings on both the computer and serato. For some reason only the jog wheels work when it is connected to my surface pro. The twin deck screen with the virtual platters do not show up. I have the exact setup in terms of wiring and speakers only the computer is different. If anyone has expirenced this problem or can help that would be greatly appricated. Thanks

souns like you need to update your monitor drivers same thing happens to me had to update drivers update as many drivers as you can on your computer that helps alot
